Hi, I’m Holly B.! I’m a Health & Mindset Coach who specializes in helping women with lupus minimize symptoms, boost their energy, and indulge in life again.
I’ve spent the last 20 years finding my own road back to health after severe mono left me with chronic fatigue, a weak immune system, and eventually, a lupus diagnosis.
My mission is to empower women stuck in the confusing chronic health space so they no longer feel enslaved by their autoimmune condition.
After walking women through my Health Bridge Protocol, my clients become the leaders of their health experience.
